Important Information
If you have any questions please email us in the first instance. If you have an urgent requirement, you can call us.

We kindly ask that you respect all your fellow neighbours and keep the noise to a minimum, both inside the property and in the gardens and communal areas, particularly between the hours of 10.00pm and 9.00am.
 

Parties

Under no circumstances are parties or excessive loud noise permitted in the property. Any guests causing nuisance to local residents will incur a fine dependent on level of disturbance, or will be asked to vacate the premises with no compensation.


Visitors
Guests are responsible for any visitors. All non-residents are kindly asked to vacate the premises by 10pm.

Check-Out Time
Check out is at 10.00am on the day of departure.
Late check-outs are subject to availability. Please contact us by email or message on the online travel agency portal to arrange it.
Please place your keys back in the designated key box.

WIFI
Wi-Fi is provided free of charge for the duration of your stay. 
If you are experiencing issues, please get in contact with us and we will try our best to resolve the problem asap.

Tea/ Coffee
All tea/coffee items supplied with our compliments. Please note that these are not replenished daily. Please contact us if you would like us to provide you with more.

Heating
Please set the heating system to a temperature that best suits you.  

Fire Alarm 
Please note there is a heat and smoke sensor located in the hallway and kitchen – these are similar to the domestic ones – if it goes off, the alarm will keep buzzing until the heat/smoke clears. Opening all windows/doors might help. Any issues please ring 07455872341 or 07835754151.

House Cleaning
Guest staying with us for 7 days or more will receive a mid-stay clean, which will include a full clean of the property, change of all bed linen and towels. If you are staying with us for a shorter period then the property is fully cleaned and linen washed between stays. 
Please contact us if you have a preference for the day and time you would like your apartment to be serviced and our house keeping team will do their best to accommodate your request.

Fuses
In the event of a fuse going in the property, you can find the fuse box in the cupboard next to the refrigerator in the kitchen.

Emergencies
If you have any issues while in this property, you can contact us out of hours. This should only be in case of emergency and it is only available between the hours of 6pm and midnight. Our out of hours team will be happy to assist guests over the phone and only in extreme cases, will come out to the property. Please be aware that all call outs that are not deemed as necessary will result in a call out charge of £100 being applied to the credit/debit card used to make the reservation.

We welcome guests to enjoy the property, however all guests are expected to leave the property in the same condition they found it in and to be respectful towards the neighbouring properties. Any guests causing nuisance to local residents will incur a fine dependent on level of disturbance, or will be asked to vacate the premises with no compensation.

In the event that you are experiencing noise issues from a neighbouring apartment we advise you to contact the out of hours team to report this. 

All non-residents are kindly asked to vacate the premises by 10pm.

Please note: Queries such as taxi numbers, Wi-fi codes/issues, breakfast options and directions are not classed as an emergency and are classed as misuse of the emergency out of hours service.
 

Between the hours of 12:00 Midnight and 07:00 the Out of Hours is for Emergencies Only. The numbers should only be dialled for the following:
• Noise Disturbance. Please be aware that Property cannot be held responsible for any incidents that are out of our control.
• Loss of Power/ Electricity (where possible, please check the fuse box before calling)
• Flooding
• Fire -Please dial 999 prior to contacting the out of hours number.
• Life or Death Situations – Please dial 999 prior to contacting the out of hours and ask for the most relevant emergency service to your situation.
